Each acetaia (vinegar factory) has its own name in these areas: Acetaia Bindana comes from the word “bindane” which, in Emilian dialect, identifies the vine-shoots which carry the fruit. This range presents traditional and original products like “Condimento Antico Moro”, a condiment with an intense perfume made with cooked grape juice and wine vinegar. Blended with fruit they create unique foods, like the”Antico Moro” Condiments and Sauces and fruit, ideal for a modern and tempting cuisine. Saba, a condiment made by slowly cooking grape juice according to an age-old recipe, deserves a special mention. Acetaia Bindana products are without the use of colorants and caramel.
